I am NOT in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, or Kaiser.

I encourage you to call your insurance  company prior to your first appointment to verify that you are covered  for treatment in our office. Some of the above insurance companies  sub-contract their mental health benefits to other insurance plans that I do not accept.

Private pay rates are available upon request.

I accept cash, personal checks, credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You will  be billed $25 fee for returned checks.
